User Agreement (Terms of Use)

Introduction:

Jahram Najd is a trademark owned by Jahram Najd Trading Company, registered with the Ministry of Commerce under number 7039524009. We inform you that the following terms and conditions govern your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store's online services through this electronic platform. Any person's use of Jahram Najd, whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise, constitutes their full legal consent and acceptance of all articles and provisions of this agreement. This is a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the user and the store and is effective immediately upon approval and registration, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 - Definitions:

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. Key definitions include:

• (The Store): Refers to Jahram Najd, including all its online forms (applications or website).

• (The User): Refers to every consumer who purchases a product or service from the store.

• (The Agreement): Refers to these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties.

Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the User:

1. The user acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to deal with the store or are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

2. The user bears full responsibility before third parties for any violation of this article.

Article 3 - Nature of Obligation:

1. Jahram Najd’s primary obligation toward users is to provide the product.

2. The store may provide additional related services (such as after-sales services) depending on the nature of the product requested.

Article 4 - Usage Regulations:

1. The user must use the platform in accordance with public morals and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. The user must not use any purchased product or service in a way that violates public morals or Saudi regulations.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration:

Upon registering, you agree to:

1. Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and notify Jahram Najd immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Jahram Najd shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login information.

3. You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

5. Jahram Najd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account that provides false or illegal information.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications:

1. Communication between parties shall be via the email registered on the platform.

2. All electronic agreements, advertisements, and notices serve as written counterparts and are legally binding.

Article 7 - Amendments and Fees:

1. Jahram Najd may amend this agreement at any time, and such amendments are binding upon notification through official channels.

2. Fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The store reserves the right to add, increase, or decrease fees or taxes based on product nature or government regulations.

Article 8 - Payment Services:

1. The store provides online payment options through authorized partners.

2. Jahram Najd is committed to providing invoices for all transactions conducted through the store.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including logos, trademarks, and content, are the sole property of Jahram Najd Trading Company. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 10 - Liability:

1. Jahram Najd operates in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

2. The store is not liable for errors or negligence caused by the user or third parties (such as shipping companies).

3. The store ensures that products are legitimate and authorized for use according to Saudi law.

Article 11 - Confidentiality of Information:

1. The store takes technical and organizational measures to protect user data; however, absolute security on the internet cannot be 100% guaranteed.

2. The Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of your personal identity information.

Article 12 - Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Exchange: Possible within 24 hours of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.

2. Returns: Possible within 3 days in case of manufacturing defects or non-conformity to specifications.

3. Exceptions: No returns/exchanges for custom-made products or defects caused by misuse.

Article 13 - Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 14 - General Provisions:

• The Arabic language is the official language for interpretation.

• Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

• If any clause is found invalid, the remaining articles remain in full force.
